These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and l8444 ("the Platform", "l8444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the l8444 website, mobile site, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and all associated services accessible at l8444.net.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the l8444 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, game rules, or privacy notices published on the l8444 website. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific set of bonus terms, the bonus terms will prevail in respect of the subject matter they govern.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your l8444 account username and password. l8444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the l8444 support team immediately at [email protected].

KYC verification: l8444 may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their accounts temporarily suspended pending verification.

All financial transactions on l8444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l8444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Withdrawal conditions: In order to withdraw winnings derived from bonus funds, players must satisfy any applicable bonus wagering requirements in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Currency: All balances, transactions, and game results are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with the ৳ symbol. l8444 does not apply currency conversion fees to BDT transactions. Players using payment methods denominated in other currencies may incur conversion charges applied by their payment provider; l8444 is not responsible for such charges.

Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds that have not been wagered within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Abuse and exploitation: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus terms — including through matched betting, bonus hunting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of automated software — is strictly prohibited. l8444 reserves the right to void any winnings, cancel any pending withdrawals, and close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

VIP Programme: The l8444 VIP loyalty programme operates across Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Royal tiers. VIP status is determined by cumulative wagering activity and is reviewed periodically. Benefits associated with each tier — including cashback rates, withdrawal speed, deposit limits, and exclusive promotions — are described in the VIP programme documentation available within the account dashboard.

By using the l8444 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and fair to other players and to the platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or bonus programme.
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game, poker game, or betting market to manipulate outcomes or gain an advantage over the house or other participants.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal game conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported to support immediately and may be voided by l8444.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Providing false identity information, creating duplicate accounts, or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or compromises the security or integrity of the l8444 platform or any of its game providers' systems.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

l8444 monitors all activity on the platform for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, l8444 may take immediate action including suspension of the account, voiding of any winnings derived from the prohibited activity, forfeiture of the account balance, and permanent closure of the account. Serious cases involving fraud or criminal activity may be referred to relevant authorities.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the l8444 platform does not violate any law applicable to them in their location. l8444 accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a player's decision to access the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming may be restricted.

Closure by the player: Players may request the closure of their l8444 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Players wishing to close their account due to a gambling concern may request self-exclusion, which will be processed as a priority — typically within 24 hours.

Closure by l8444: l8444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false registration information; the player is found to be under 18 years of age; the account shows patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; or the player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

Balance on closure: Where an account is closed at the player's request and there is no outstanding breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten business days. Where closure is initiated by l8444 due to a breach of these Terms, l8444 reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation, and may forfeit the balance where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

Dormant accounts: Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. l8444 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the registered email address before treating an account as dormant. A dormant account may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month after the 12-month inactivity period. This fee will never reduce the balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a verification check.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l8444 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to technical failure, server downtime, network interruption, or third-party payment system outage.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
• Any disruption to game or betting market availability caused by maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond l8444's reasonable control.
• Any losses attributable to delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by a third-party payment provider.

Game errors: In the event that a game or betting market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, l8444 reserves the right to void affected bets and re-settle them at the correct result or odds. Where overpayments have been made to a player's account as a result of such an error, l8444 may deduct the overpaid amount from the current balance or from future winnings. Players have an obligation to report any suspected settlement error to support promptly.

Force majeure: l8444 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet service provider outages, or other events constituting force majeure.

Responsible gaming limitation: l8444 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of gambling activity on the platform, beyond its obligations under the Responsible Gaming Policy to provide and enforce the self-exclusion, deposit limit, and session timer tools described in these Terms and on the Responsible Gaming page. Players are solely responsible for the financial decisions they make while using the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit l8444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
